We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other financial arrangements are made prior to treatment..
We are participating providers with Assurant Employee Benefits PPO, United Concordia and Connection Dental plans. *All other patients using insurance other than the companies listed above will be reimbursed directly by their insurance carrier. If you have any questions regarding insurance coverage, our staff is happy to help explain your benefits to you and file pre-estimates on your behalf.
